The Development Institute or DI as we like to call it has 2 main components, each component is vital, and requires the student to be involved in not only learning theory, but in actioning what they have learnt in the teaching sessions through hands on outworking in different area of church life. The teaching is designed to move each student from the teaching and study into practical ministry.
The course is run on Monday nights over a year period and is open by application only, but is for anyone who wants to develop their knowledge & understanding in God and His ways, and develop skills for life and for Ministry in serving God.
2009 will see a different variation on our Development Institute.

Offering these subjects in short courses, means that it's more accessible to those who are unable to commit to a year long course. This is where you can learn these skills for yourself and then use those skills to empower others around you.
